This float was constructed during the period of the third feudal lord of Kanamori (1602~1649).

His brother dedicated a large drum and lion mask to Hachiman Shirine.

The drum was placed on stage balcony. Later, this construction was made more nobile by adding wheels.

This float and the beating of its large drum always lead float procession.
